Meet The Team

Rachel Strohmeyer is a health entrepreneur and wellness visionary dedicated to transforming how we approach chronic disease. From an early age, Rachel was fascinated by human health, a passion driven by her innate love of biology, and later, her direct encounter with chronic disease. Frustrated by the limitations of conventional, symptom-focused care, she began exploring systems biology and functional medicine, ultimately discovering unifying principles that helped her reverse her conditions and reclaim her vitality. Professionally, Rachel built her early career in the biotechnology sector, working in genetic medicine and longevity-focused startups. These experiences gave her a powerful understanding of how to commercialize innovation and scale solutions to reach people who need them most. Through this lens, she realized there was an urgent opportunity to make research-driven, systems-oriented wellness accessible and affordable — breaking down the financial and informational barriers of functional care.As founder of Healthstacks, Rachel now applies this vision by offering organic, high-potency supplement protocols combined with actionable lifestyle education. Her mission is to deliver true root-cause healing, rather than superficial fixes, through a thoughtful direct-to-consumer model. Healthstacks is more than a supplement brand — it is a new blueprint for empowering people to transform their health.Rachel’s unique combination of business acumen, personal healing experience, and passion for health equity positions her to challenge outdated paradigms and bring truly impactful solutions to millions.
